  • The role of mitochondrial genome for breast cancer etiology (ALU) finger printing for breast cancer patient’s specific marker development (Projected completed with sizable data)

Extraction of DNA/RNA/miRNA/Protein from blood samples and breast tumor tissues of cancer patients using conventional methods or kit methods, Sequencing of specific genes like; BRCA2, Alu polymorph, whole mtDNA analysis & disease gene identification / Autosomal DNA sequencing / Forensic DNA fingerprinting /SNPs / Genome Wide Association of Disease / Y-Chromosome / Haplotyping / Epigenetics technology, Southern blotting, Western blotting and Cloning etc. I am able to handle large data analysis; i.e. population data for web based inter comparison. I have experience to maintain patient’s tumor and blood sample repository.
