Please provide purified PCR product for DNA sequencing. The accepted purified PCR product purity (260nm/280nm value of spectrophotometer) should be 1.7-1.9.

Kindly mention the product size and concentration of the samples. Recommended product size and concentrationshould be as follows

Kindly provide a gel picture of purified PCR product (please load 1 or 2 µL of each sample in gel).
Please give 10 µL volume of purified PCR product for per reaction.
Please mention the annealing temperature and volume of primer was used during PCR set up and also the final volume of PCR.
Please provide 10µLworking primer for per reaction.
Please provide a blank C.D with your sample to receive your result.
